RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We do accept returns with conditions, if an item is damaged as a result of quality or craftsmanship, we do not offer refunds. We may offer exchanges under limited circumstances. Customers must e-mail their concern within 14 days of receiving items for an exchange. Items mailed back for exchange must be undamaged, and in their original packaging. LopesGallery.Art reserves the right to refuse any exchange where the product returned is not in its original condition. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
